Post Wedding

Well, wasn't it exciting last night watching "The Wedding". We had a lovely night at Jocelyn's where there was real wedding fever, hats and food! What do you think of all those hats the actual guests wore? I love hats but I doubt you could call some of them that! Now for a few more cards I have made. The first one is a wedding one I made for the couple whose wedding we went to last weekend. I will also enclude a photo of the happy pair. The next one is an engagement card made for an order. Hope you enjoy.

May God bless you all,

Men's Cards From Graphic 45 Papers

My daughter has just helped me with this blogging, so as a practice we are putting a new blog up. These are a couple of men's cards made with the very nice Graphic 45 papers - I love this range. Very vintagey.
The feminine ones are especially lovely and I do enjoy making cards with them as I love the vintage look.Well must away.

Mother's Day Card

Just a quick post today. All you ladies who are privileged to still have your Mum's with you, will no doubt be making a Mother's Day card very soon, so have just put one up for an example. Haven't we got a lot to thank our Mum's for, when one thinks back over the years. This card is made with the lovely Chanteuse Papers from Kaisercraft. The flowers are all fussy cut, out of the paper then sponged round the edges with sepia ink giving them a slightly aged look. If you would like to see a bigger version of this, just click on the photo. Am still waiting on Liz's help to improve the photography - she's a very busy lady.

Blessings to you all,

Another three cards

Well ladies, I hope you have all had a lovely Easter break. It is a wonderful time to remember a risen Lord as well as to enjoy a lovely break. The weather here has been simply beautiful and with having a wedding on Saturday it was very much appreciated, especially for the bride. She looked just amazing and ever so happy. It is a wet day today but as I am having a relaxing day it doesn't really matter. We are having a ladies day out tomorrow so am building up for that. I love these days!! Now these cards are just ones I have done randomly. Hope you enjoy seeing them.
You can probably tell I like pretty cards - ones with lots of flowers etc.
Trust everyone is well and happy, be careful if travelling,
May God bless you all,

Cards made with left over from April Card Temptation Kit.

Hello everyone, now don't get too excited! You certainly won't be getting a card every day! This is just another practice run to make sure I have really caught on to this blogging. The cards I have made is from the Kaisercraft Lullaby Collection which the April Card Kit was made from. I just love baby cards ( as well as babies!)  and I do enjoy making them, not babies, cards!! How do you like the double Bows? This tutorial was taken from Amazing Paper Grace's blog. The ideas for the cards were from Kaisercraft sight, just my interpretation on them. Bear with the photography, Liz is going to give me some tuition when time is available.

With blessings to all,

Cards using Chanteuse Parers

After making a card at Artfull Crafts on Wednesday past with the beautiful Chanteuse Collection, I decided to make another three cards using the same papers. It is just lovely! I do hope you like my first blog entry, I know I will have to improve on my photography but it's all baby steps at the moment. Hope you are all having a lovely day.
