Really, I haven't neglected it on purpose but have been very busy with more deadlines that I had to get out of the way. Anyway, all's done so I feel I can relax a bit before I get the next round of collections. Today I have been busy getting all the orders done for my friends, so am at last caught up.
Well, ladies what an exciting week it has been with the announcement of the new Design Team at Artfull Crafts. We can expect amazing things from our new members as they are all so talented. ( and I haven't been made redundant yet!) To top of the excitement re. the Design Team , the Dinner is on Friday night and it will be announced who has won the Top Shop - our fingers and toes are crossed!
Now must share some cards I have made for orders.
Our friend Marie absolutely loves green and purple, hence this card. I have used a Stampin' up stamp which I have coloured with my copics. Kaisercraft Lilac Avenue collection ( you can perhaps guess that I love Kaisercraft !)
Authentique papers was used for this anniversary card but I can't remember which collection. I used Martha Stewart optic border punch.
Now, this is a different card and I have used Kaisercraft's Attitude collection. It is very masculine, I have made a pocket card and have covered the front of the card with acetate which is part of the collection.
Well, all from me tonight, just about my bedtime. Thank you all for checking out my blog - it is so nice knowing that it appreciated and it makes blogging all worth while.
Happy crafting and God bless,

Home Again.
Good morning to all my blogging friends.
I know I have been rather remiss adding to my blog but we have been in Christchurch child minding our grandchildren for the past few days. Mind you they were so on the ball, they really were minding Grandad and Nana!! Was lovely to be with them for a few days - their mum and dad had gone to Melbourne as Darryn ,our son in law, had an art show over there. Darryn W. George, artist, if you would like to check out his art - we really are rather proud of him, but don't tell him!!
Now, to share some cards I have made for orders.
One of my favourite cards to make - it is a triple heart easel card and the pattern is available at Cardmaking Paradise. I actually missed going to the wedding as I was in Australia for the Kaisercraft day but this is the card I made for the lovely couple. The wedding colours were maroon red and white as no doubt you have guessed.
The card was made for a wonderful lady who we said "Goodbye to", at our patchwork group. I just had to have a patchwork effect and it was made with the gorgeous Mismatch collection from Kaisercraft. Mary has moved to the North Island to be nearer family.
An anniversary card made for a special couple. It was cut out using the Grand Calibur and was made with Kaisercrafts 's Magnolia Grove collection. Love the colours in this range.
As an add on to my previous blog, being a challenge that Teresa Abajo set, you can view her card on her blog which is "The Tamarisk". The card is fabulous, as one would expect! Obviously it's in my court now to set the next challenge - have to get my thinking cap on!! I see Teresa is now on another design team - she is one very talented lady, and she is a lot of fun.
All from me today ladies - trying hard to get back into routine.
Happy crafting to you all and many blessings,
