Good morning all.
No, we haven't developed flippers yet but was sure on the verge of it!! We have had so much rain over the past few days, but I must say, we at Geraldine, have been let off relatively lightly compared to our neighbours at Timaru and further afield. Trust the clean up is going well for everyone.
Today I thought I would showcase another couple of cards which I have made recently. Of course I have again used more of the foamiran flowers which I love making, as no doubt you will have guessed by now!
I recently acquired these two Elizabeth Dies - the square stitched one and the circle one on the following card. I really do like them and find there are a variety of ways to use them. There are a number of dies in each set, some with the stitched edge and some with the spot edge. I have made this card using Kaisercraft's Keepsake collection, which is lovely. It is my favourite size card, 5 1/4" square. The roses are made using white foamiran, coloured slightly with my small ink pads. The leaves are made from green foamiran, hand cut. A few sequins have been added for effect.
A very similar card but for this one I have used Ultimate Crafts, Rambling Rose Collection. The grey and white cut outs behind the flower arrangement have been cut using Marianne Creatables, LR0192. Quite self explanatory otherwise.
Remember ladies that Artfull Crafts stock the Foamiran and the associated products. Thanks again for calling and I do hope I have given you further ideas for your cards etc. I may not be around next week as I am heading down to Dunedin, weather permitting, to catch up with our South families. Looking forward to that!
Happy crafting ladies until next time and may you all know God's blessing.

More Foamiran Cards
Hello special blog friends. We are having a rather cool spell at the moment weatherwise, but we are not going to focus on that, are we? It is Winter you know, so looking forward to Spring which is my favourite time of the year. To make up for no colour in the garden at the moment, I have been making my own flowers, which I must admit is very addictive, so today thought I would share some more cards using more of this amazing product. Foamiran.
I have used Kaisercraft's Brick Wall die for this card as I wanted to give it a rambling look. The berries are super, I'm sure you will agree. A simple 5 1/4" square card with a bit of distressing round the edges, also some machine stitching.
For this card I have again used my Cherry Lynne Step Card Die, and Kaisercraft's P.S.I Love You paper collection. Marianne Craftables, CR1239 has been used for the circular frame. Some more of the gorgeous berries!
This is just a little spray I made to wear on my shoulder at SENZ, as I had to advertise this fabulous product and I was so proud to do so. Ladies, I so love this as I know you will when playing with it. Artfull Craft's now stocks it so do contact them for the latest - you won't be disappointed I can guarantee!
I wonder how long this new addiction will last, many of you will be saying but I can assure you not in the immediate future!! I do really enjoy producing these flowers.
Must head to my workroom, as there is lots awaiting to be done. Thanks for checking in and many blessings to you all.

Foamiran Flowers
A very good evening to all. As I have an appointment in Timaru tomorrow I thought I would jump the gun and add a post tonight.
We had an amazing time in Auckland last weekend, at SENZ, which is a rather big Paper Crafting Expo held once a year. Crafting ladies from all over came to join us and it was so lovely having my special friends come up with us. A lovely group from Australia where present this year as well. Was so nice seeing a number of familiar faces from across the ditch. Thanks to all the ladies who came and did my class - I enjoyed it, as I trust you all did as well. Sure were a lot of favourable comments. My favourite time was spent at Artfull Craft's Stall, making and showcasing the foamiran flowers. It is a product which is so nice to work with and the results are fabulous. Artfull Crafts now stocks this product, so don't hesitate to contact them if you are tempted.
As I made cards, for samples to take North, I thought I would share some of them today. Do hope you enjoy the viewing ladies.
A very simple card made using a Sue Wilson Die, Mini Gemini Die, Aquila, CED4417. The simplicity shows off the flowers and berries I feel.
Again simple and I have used the Spellbinder's Majestic Labels 25, S5-189. I love the daisy flower on this one.
Lastly a blue poppy. Spellbinder's Nestabilities Die, Oval Regalia, S4-492 was used for this one, being a 5 1/4" square card. Anyway ladies, this is to just give you a little taste of what can be done with this fun product - the possibilities are endless. There are a number of You-Tubes that can be watched on line, to excite you further! I do find it very addictive.I go into my workroom to make cards and end up making flowers! Today it was a lovely big pink poppy which I will share later - it is so realistic.
Thank you all so much for stopping by and it was so nice meeting up with many of you at SENZ. Until next week ladies, happy crafting and God bless each of you.
