Another wonderful weekend was had by all, as our patchwork group ( fabulous ladies!) had a camp, again at Staveley. It was most enjoyable and we all seemed to have a productive weekend. I put together a patchwork bag which I am really pleased with - the pattern has been hidden in my cupboard for a number of years, no moth holes though! Managed to start another which has been on hold as well. One can never have too many bags!
Today I would like to share two cards made for the same lady. They are both orders.
Again I have used the Step Card die, from Cherry Lynn, B348 for the base card, Tattered Lace, High Heel Bella, D188 is the gorgeous die used for the shoe, the border was punched using an EK punch. Alice, is apparently, very fond of trendy shoes. The collection used, was BoBunny, Madeleine.
A tent fold card this time, using an embossing folder instead of papers. I feel it gives a rather elegant look, just a little colour in the flowers and the butterfly which was cut using Spellbinders, Les Papillions Die. I do hope Alice liked her two birthday cards. It was fun making them.
That's it ladies, thanks so much for stopping by, happy crafting and trust you will all know much blessing. Until next week.
